ABOUT
Hi my name is Justin Gonzalez, I graduated from Star Career Academy on 14th street in New York City on July 9, 2014. I began my Cheesecake business while I was in school after I got good reviews from Chef's and students in my school's Dessert Buffet. I started off baking and selling cupcake size cheesecakes with candy, cereal and fruit toppings such as Fruity pebbles, Cap'n Crunch, Reese's pieces, M&M's, Strawberries and Cherries.then i started to bake the cheesecakes in mason jars so the people can have these delicious desserts on the go. As I continued to deliver and promote my business on social media i started getting noticed and getting invited to radio shows, involved with
the newspaper/magazines and events involving celebrities, New York Knicks with Anthony Dunahue & Edgar Burgos, Hoops 4 all for Austism and Cancer, H20's Ballin4Peace charity sport's games,Uncle Mike's Spoons & Forks Company, Kroy Wen clothing company plus many more to come. My goal is to raise enough money or have someone help me invest in a Food truck so i can travel to each state and spread my business. Also i would like to have a store in NYC, Miami, Chicago, LA, Las Vegas and Texas.
"Chef Cubano’s Cheesecakes, the Cheesecake Boss, sold cheesecake varieties neatly packed inside Mason jars. Concoctions like cheesecake with Snicker Bars and cheesecake with Cap’n Crunch sold quickly, with a portion of proceeds going to the fundraiser"
